Christmas Pics At The Beach...

So this afternoon we planned on going to the beach to try and take at least one good picture of all of us that we could put on a Christmas card for this year. We're already running out of time, so I figured that today would be as good as any, beautiful sun, not too hot and time to get ready. What could go wrong? The fact that there was practically hurricane force winds (okay, so they weren't that strong, but they were still really strong) down at the beach threatening to ruin everything, and well, it did. We got one pic taken of the three of us and decided that there was no point trying more with all the wind so we just walked down to the pier (which we couldn't go down because we forget that you could only use cash for the $1 fee per person - which by the way is so stupid, having to pay to walk down the pier!) and played in the sand. At least we had some fun and came away with a few cute pictures of Jeff and Sydney playing in the sand. I guess we'll have to give to having a picture down at the beach and go to some picture place because there's barely a day when it's not windy down there.
